Windows 7 HP officejet 4300 problem

hi i have windows 7000 build installed and working but i have a problem with my HP office jet 4300 Printer its working but i cant set the paper quality or the INk quality of paper size on these thing are blank i have update the driver even to lastest vista driver of the printer but still having the problem pls help
