My HP Officejet J5700 no longer wants to print. I can't uninstall it to start over (I was printing with it but, to check failure to allow Continue, when printing on back of paper after turning over (two-sided printing, manually), I tried it with my older printer Deskjet 816C. The same problem occurs, so it has to be the Vista not recognizing the request. After uninstalling the Deskjet and trying to use the Officejet again, I find the Officejet no longer will print at all. ??? Can find no Uninstall to try it over again. ?? Inserting the Officejet cd brings up This printer can't be used with Vista! (but I did!) At some point Code 80070103 came up. ??
