The article I cannot open Help that was created in the Windows Help format (WinHlp32.exe) Article ID: 917607 is broken. (a) it asks for Windows Validation as genuine, but the version of the program is obsolete. On running, it says get the new version. (b) this has to run and generate a validation code to move on to the next step. (c) there is apparently no link to the correct version of W7 I have the 64 bit version, but I am not offered a choice (but maybe after getting the validation code)
