Windows 10 I have 3 DreamSpark keys for Win 8.1 Pro Update 1...need advice on something

Hi

I have 3 DreamSpark Win 8.1 Pro 32/64 Bit w/ Update 1 activation keys available to me and would like to install Windows 8.1 and use one of those keys to activate it and reserve Win 10 via the taskbar icon method.

In addition to that machine, could I install (on a second computer) the Win 10 240 ISO I downloaded and use the same MS log-in information I used to register for the Insider Program awhile back and still be allowed to upgrade to Win 10 officially? This machine was used to install previous builds of Win 10 and would have the same hardware. Would it be better to install Win 8.1 again on to this machine (with another legit key) as well and then use the ISO on my USB key to upgrade to Win 10 240 from within Win 8.1 and then wait?

I know I only have a few hours or so before the official release and I also know I can eventually download Win 10 via DreamSpark when it is posted there.
