Windows 7 I have crash dump (minidump) when I open Video converter from Xilisoft

Everytime I open Xilisoft Video Converter Ultimate it gets the blue screen crash dump (minidump). I even upgraded my graphic card from NVIDIA GeForce 220 to NVIDIA Quadro FX 1800. It didn't help.

Please can somebody tell me what's wrong? I upgraded from Vista to Windows 7 and everything works fine. (Computer 12 GB RAM, 3 TB Harddrive)

Hello and welcom.

Your issue is RTSTOR64.SYS. It's ancient:

You also need to uninstall LogMeIn as it is no good on Windows 7.
