Windows 7 I need help Downloading SP1

Hi All, Hope you can help me out I can't seem to get the Win 7 SP1 links to work.When I try to download the service pack all I get is a blank page with done at the bottom.

I am signed in but when I click on download Windows 7 service pack 1 (SP1) Link it does not work.Please help.

Try pressing Control+F5 to clear the browser cache and try again.
