I want to disable Wireless on my Laptop completely

I have a Laptop which I dont want people using the internet on. So I need to disable the Wireless completely so there is no way of enabling it again without me using it.

I know I can just uninstall the wireless drivers, but is there a better way?

For example, when I am not on the laptop the Wireless is completely disabled and cannot be enable in ANYWAY....while I am on the computer I have the option to enable it.

Is there anything like that?

Simple, just disable the network adapter and log off. If none of the other users of your laptop are members of the local administrators group they will not be able to re-enable it. If they are members of the local administrators group then I'm affraid you are out of luck administrators are administrators for a reason and one of them is to fix problems with the network adapter. You could also change your encryption key on your wireless router and keep it secret but this wouldn't work for un-secure networks etc.
