Windows 8 IDK The cause for this BSOD!

All my drivers are up to date according to AMD Catalyst, Windows update, and Driver Booster. I am able to use the computer but after like 20 minutes of high end games it is likely to BSOD. Not only with games, but also when a lot of programs are open... I mean, anything could cause my PC to crash but it is most likely to crash while gaming than when not.
I DID analyze my Dump FIle. And it says Wind7 Driver Fault, and something about
IMAGE_NAME: atikmdag.sys


I Did checked the check-mark on %Small Dump File% thing. Restarted. I even Re Installed windows a few months ago. The Problem has been there from the very beginning, like the 2nd or 3rd day of use, meaning it has always been there and the BSOD just took a little time to show up. At that time I had not even considered OC because it was fast anough, meaning I had no OC settings going on. Then I thought it might be because I didnt have them so I set the preset ones that come with the graphics card program, I think it makes it 7% faster or something like that I dont know.
I dont know what else details to addm so for now I guess thats it...

Hi,
the above Bugcheck is specifically for AMD cards and can mean either the PSU isn't providing enough power or the card has a fault. It's possible that a driver could be involved but until we look further we won't know.
I see from the CPU-Z shots that your overclocking. Please return to default values until the source of bsod is found. (if the bsod stops when returning to default values then you've found the culprit).
Can you list your PSU including make and model including wattage please.
