Windows 7 IE Dialog box

I have a win 7 Home Premium with IE9 and Google Chromeinstalled on two computers but when I click on the wrench icon I get adifferent dialog box on each computer. The purpose of displaying the TOOLBAROPTIONS is to make gmail my default email/
Any help would be appreciated/

can you take a screen shot of each browser on each computer showing the exact problem and post it please.
