Windows 10 Installation issue ( no boot option )

So a friend send me a few pictures of his issue. So main problem is in bios there is no boot option, firmware is set to uefi only and cannot be changed. And he cannot install win from usb.

Anyone know what can be the issue ? Or solution.

If the boot mode is set to UEFI only then the usb drive needs to be formatted for UEFI rufus can do this Rufus - Create bootable USB drives the easy way
