Windows 7 Installed windows 7 version for disabled now compter stuck

Hi everybody my problem is
Ordered an asus system with W7 professional installed but it was in German ! So a person I know who is disabled gave me his version of W7 forgot to tell me it was suitable only for him- a visual key board etc etc-
I only then saw in the box it was sent there was a Dell disk with with which you could change the language of Windows
But now my computer is stuck it doesn't run with the disk the key board doesn't work anymore
All i want is to cancel this Os for the disabled and put My W7 instead
Can anybody help? Does anyone have a fix?

Your Asus should have come with a recovery partition from you should be to boot and reset your pc to its original condition. Repeatedly pressing F9 during startup should boot an Asus into recovery.
