Windows 7 Internet Connection Limited Access

Here is my problem

-The troubleshooter's results are "The DNS Server is not responding."
-I do not have "Bonjour Services."
-Ethernet was working before on Vista, and still works on my Ubuntu laptop
-Clean install to win 7
-Wireless LAN is working
-Can connect to internet if i using ultrasurf
