Hi.
My Toshiba Satellite Laptop was reformatted just now and I have major problems with Internet Connections. I already Installed all the devices (which shows no error in Device Manager) cleanly. What happen now is every time I connect to the Internet I got a status like:

IPv4 Connectivity : No Internet Access
IPv6 Connectivity : No Network Access
Status : Connected
Been a lot of fixes like (Fixme, netsh, cmd, reset TCP) none of them works still no Internet.
Ive already check obtain address automatically still no luck..
Also unchecking IPv6.

So guys any person knowledgeable enough to help ?
Thanks in advance.

First of all you can disable IPv6 - it is not currently in general use and can cloud issues. The run a command prompt and enter:

ipconfig /all >desktop\ipconfig.txt

This will create a file called ipconfig.txt on your desktop which will help with troubleshooting. If you need help interpreting the output please post it here.

Hi Jonnel13,

Please help me the complete model number and OS. (Operating System)
And provide the information about the method of connectivity. (Wired Or Wireless)
Keep in mind to TURN ON the WIFI from the (Fn Key) or from Hardware Switch.

Update the status report.
