Your latest crash dumps look like this:

    Code:
    Caused by DirectX driver dxgkrnl.sys
    SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED_M (1000007e)
EXCEPTION_CODE: (NTSTATUS) 0xc0000005 - The instruction at 0x%08lx referenced memory at 0x%08lx. The memory could not be %s.
    PROCESS_NAME: csrss.exe
    DEFAULT_BUCKET_ID: NULL_CLASS_PTR_DEREFERENCE
    Stack text: nt dxgmms1 dxgkrnl

    NVIDIA drivers look good now:

    nvlddmkm.sys Fri Jan 07 21:03:58 2011
    nvmf6232.sys Thu Aug 12 07:45:46 2010

    You mentioned overheating:

Run it at stock frequency and voltage.

Stress test the card with Furmak, stop the test if the temperatures get near critical:
FurMark: VGA Stress Test, Graphics Card and GPU Stability Test, Burn-in Test, OpenGL Benchmark and GPU Temperature | oZone3D.Net

See if your system crashes during the test.

Stress test the CPU and memory with Prime95:
    Prime95 - Overclock.net - Overclocking.net

And also, see if your system crashes during this test.

    SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED_M (1000007e)
This is a very common bugcheck. Usually the exception address pinpoints
the driver/function that caused the problem. Always note this address
as well as the link date of the driver/image that contains this address.
Some common problems are exception code 0x80000003. This means a hard
coded breakpoint or assertion was hit, but this system was booted
/NODEBUG. This is not supposed to happen as developers should never have
hardcoded breakpoints in retail code, but ...
If this happens, make sure a debugger gets connected, and the
system is booted /DEBUG. This will let us see why this breakpoint is
    happening.
    Arguments:
Arg1: c0000005, The exception code that was not handled
Arg2: 820a134b, The address that the exception occurred at
    Arg3: 8dddbf8c, Exception Record Address
    Arg4: 8dddbb70, Context Record Address

82 degrees - that's overheating for sure. With Prime95 you should be going near 70 but not 82.

Did Furmark pass without errors too?

Load setup defaults in the bios. Do not OC anything, and provide proper cooling.
