you did in fact have a blue screen although the auto restart was too fast for you to see it.
The reason I know is because the Event log section you sent had details of the dump file:

How to ask for help with a BSOD problem

When a system blue screens a record is created called a dump file. These can be found in a folder marked 'Minidump' in the main windows folder It's that we want to see. Sometimes one has to change system settings to get dump files to be produced but your event log says one has been created.

Bugcheck A is usually caused by either a faulty device driver, system service or bios. The dump file will reveal more so please upload asap.

Well according to this he did indeed get a blue screen:

I would also advise to not use anything like the verifer.exe until you have a recovery disk/USB. This reason I say this is because you can sometimes fall into a boot loop on start up. You will need the recovery disk/usb to boot into safe mode and turn the verifier off.

His event viewer is stating there was a blue screen and that theres a dmp associated to it.

well I'm sorry to say this
0X0000000A (0X0000000000000000, 0X0000000000000002, 0X0000000000000000, 0XFFFFF80002C90E42 does not mean a blue screen
IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUA
it means exactly the message that he got which is irql_not_less_or_equal
which that can mean multiple things things like blue screen ,restart, dumping file error and also a runtime and if you look carefully I specifically asked a question (did you get a blue screen) his reply was no I just restarts I don't know why am explain myself

That is your opinion.

 A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP.

Just because the op didn't see the actual blue screen means nothing. If a memory dump has been saved then chances are it's blue screen which you even say yourself is entirely possible.

Dude your plain wrong:

When Windows blue-screens, it creates memory dump files — also known as crash dumps. This is what Windows 8’s BSOD is talking about when it says its “just collecting some error info.”

Yes I did say that its a possibility of blue screen but what I'm saying is that he clearly stated that he did not get a blue screen that's all I still don't understand why we're still talking about this ? And it was very common in Windows 7 but were talking about window 10

See this screenshot? If the box arrowed is checked then chances are the machine will simply restart without the user seeing anything blue screen wise.

This is correct but as i showed you if that box is checked then the system sometimes just restarts without you even seeing the blue screen. I've had blue screens like this myself so know it's entirely possible.
