Is there a file that can open REGEDIT?
Examples
DOCX files can open MS Word
HTML files can open BROWSERS
Is there any file that can open REGEDIT?
I can't actually open REGEDIT, because accidentally I messed it up
Here's another thread where I said I can't open EXE files
CAN'T OPEN EXE FILES AND APPLICATIONS! MESSED UP WITH REGEDIT

there are two solutions here although you've probably tried one of them already:

If you did as I suggested and download HIren and create a bootable usb or disc you can
- Boot to Hiren
- Select the Mini Windows XP
- Run regedit and load the registry hive file
- Make the needed chagnes
- Unload the hive
- Reboot
