Check for Updates: Open iTunes and navigate to "Help" > "Check for Updates" to ensure that you have the latest version of iTunes installed. 4. Contact Apple Support: If the issue persists, reaching out to Apple Support can provide you with more specific guidance on how to resolve the compatibility issue. Since Windows Vista is no longer supported by Microsoft or many software vendors, including Apple, you might encounter more compatibility issues with newer software and updates. Hopefully, these steps help you resolve the iTunes compatibility issue. Let me know if you need further assistance!
