I am having a lot of trouble trying to get itunes 64 or 32 to install on my computer running windows 7. I keep getting the same message the feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable. the Ipod itself is recognized and the drivers are installed but no Itunes. I do have an Itune icon listed in the programs file, however, I cannot get it to uninstall and it is empty. I have gone into C drive and uninstalled the program file from there with no trouble, however the list in programs under the control panel will not uninstall because there is nothing there. I am running windows 7 64 bit.
