Windows 7 keyboard and mouse don't work

2 days ago i was just surfing the internet and checking my mail.then suddenly,my keyboard and mouse stopped working.i tried doing something in BIOS setup,but i just can't come up with an answer.can someone help me with my problem?

Should we assume these are both USB devices, and if so, do other USB devices still work?

Have you tried changing ports and/or doing a cold boot?

You might try unplugging other USB devices.

In Device Manager, do you USB devices still show as normal?
