Windows 7 keyboard(s) work on login, not after though

Just installed, and used my wireless keyboard and mouse. Mouse never stops working, but my keyboard didn't work. I assumed it was a driver issue and reinstalled, and the keyboard worked at the login. However, it does not work afterwards. The keys don't work, but the function keys like calculator, home, etc do. I plugged in a wired keyboard and had the same issue. They both work for login, but not afterwards.

Check your bios and see if the keyboard and mouse are set to be controlled by the bios or the OS.
