Windows 7 laptop keys not responding

My laptop keys arn't responding in windows but working fine on internet, does anyone know how to resolve, please?

have u try to check it on control panel?
I don't remember about the specific of the place, but u can try it.

Have you tried booting in safe mode? If so does the keyboard work then?
