Lenovo introduces the ThinkPad X1 Yoga ahead of CES

    Ahead of CES, Lenovo introduced their all new ThinkPad X1 Yoga as part of an expanded X1 family. This new Windows 10 PC offers users a unique combination of performance, connectivity and security. It was built tough to withstand the rigors of mobile working by passing more than two hundred Lenovo stress tests and comes with an active pen that is housed and charged inside the device.

    Lift and Lock Keyboard

    The ThinkPad X1 Yoga is incredibly thin at just 0.66 inches thick and light at only 2.8 pounds and features an optional 14-inch Samsung OLED display that reproduces beautifully rich colors and deeper blacks. With a patented Lift and Lock keyboard that retracts keys in tablet mode for better comfort, the X1 Yoga also features an active pen that offers improved accuracy for highlighting and writing notes directly on webpages using Microsoft Edge or OneNote. The pen is housed & charged inside the device so it won’t get lost.

    With a distinctive combination of performance, connectivity and security, the ThinkPad X1 Yoga is designed and engineered for forward thinkers. With up to 1TB high-density, low-power Samsung M.2 NVMe SSD storage offers speeds up to 32Gb/s, five times that of standard SATA SSD. Ultra-fast enterprise class connectivity with the Qualcomm Snapdragon X7 LTE modem with 4G LTE Advanced Carrier Aggregation support for up to 300 Mbps download speeds. And a Touch Fingerprint reader and Trusted Platform Module (TPM) security chip for peace of mind and integration with Windows Hello for personalized and secure access.
