1. Go to your gateway 192.168.1.1 username might be admin password might be admin or username might be blank just with password admin, remember to change to something more secure, and write it down on piece of paper.

2. Go to Wireless tab, then Wireless Advance Settings and set Becaon Interval to 50,
and Dtim to 4.

That has fixed my Ipod Wireless problems after firmeware upgrade of the router
