Windows 8 load needed DLLs for kernel Windows 8

Hello there, I'm having this problem everytime I try to boot Windows 8.

Windows could not start because of an error in the software.
Please report this problem as :
load needed DLLs for kernel.
Please contact your support person to report this problem.

And I can't boot Windows 8

If anyone could provide me with any help I would be grateful.
