Windows 7 Local webcam as wallpaper?

I haven't found a way to do this except with VLC Media Player and that way isn't what I'm looking for...

I'm looking for a way to get live uninterrupted stream from my cam to my computers background.
The VLC way is fine, but I need to start it everytime, it loses my desktop icons and I use it to play my videos. :/

There are also some programs that let me find a webcam to get a new image every 10mins or so as a desktop, but they´re no longer supported...

I´m getting desperate about this... Anyone know a way to help out?
