Windows 10 lock screen - some of these settings are hidden or manage by your organization error

I recently upgrade to Version 10.0.18363 Build 18363 on my Windows 10 Home edition and now I cannot use my lock screen functions
I tried all the solutions on the internet from register changes, adding d word, gpedit settings without success
I am not on a domain - home PC
Any solution - Flip

On a Windows 10 Home licensed system you wouldn't have gpedit, but the message you're receiving suggests you have group policy applied. On a Home license this can be done via the registry.

Computer policies will be applied here
HKLM:\Software\Policies and HKLM:\Software\Wow6432Node\Policies

User policies would be here
HKCU:\Software\Policies

Any changes to policies would typically require a reboot
