Windows 7 Locked "documents and Settings: folder

I am signed on to Win7 as the administrator but I can not get into my "documents and Settings" folder. How do I get access to this folder

Hello and welcome to the forums. The "Documents and Settings" folder is only there for backward compatibility with older programs to preserve paths and syntax that maybe used by them in their code. They are actually only pointers and you can think of them more like shortcuts pointing to the actual locations of the files on your computer.
