New, don't even have the emails entered. Forgot password and with Win8 unable to go anywhere to fix it. It tells me to go and change password but cannot bring up any screens. Help

Hi

Check this out, I haven't done this myself but it looks like it would work.

I see some sites say the only way to fix it is to reinstall Windows so if this works it looks like the way to go.

Thanks Mike, I took it to where I bought it. Took them about 20 minutes to fix it. Tell me, will 8.2 be more user friendly?
I finally gave up trying to play the "Screen Flicker Game" with Win8. I don't know why Microsoft bothers to publish Win8 in
English, it would be just as useful to me if it was in Greek.

Hi

Windows 9 is coming, the beta will probably start around the end of September, at least that's the rumor.

It will incorporate features from Widows 7 that were removed from what I hear, but only using it will tell whether it's a big improvement or not.

Glad you got your computer fixed.

I tried doing what I suggested to you, and found that I could boot into Windows XP l didn't have the tools available that it shows in the video.

I'm going to have to ask about that on the Hiren's forum or someplace that can tell me what's going on.
