Windows 10 Looking to change user account without setting up a new use

I am looking to change the user information, email account without having to setup and new user and lose what's already installed and configured for the current user. Is this possible?

ADDED:
The computer account currently is - email123@gmail.com and I want it to be email123@outlook.com

Are you taking about local user(s) or domain. Any further info you can provide would be beneficial

I thought I wasn't clear enough so I just edited my original post. Let me know if that makes is clearer.

I don't use the "Microsoft Account" login option, but at most you may need to copy data from one local profile to another. As far as email you may want to keep the gmail account around until you transition contacts to the outlook account and setup an email forward from email to outlook.com

Or you can use both accounts an just link them.
