Windows 7 malawarebytes error 383

Hello, Happy New Year! I am trying to run Malawarebytes and it gives me the message: error code 383, text file read only. Could you please help me with this?

Do you have the most recent version of malwarebytes and did you get it from http://www.malwarebytes.org/

I would uninstall it and reinstall a fresh copy from their homepage.
