Windows 7 messed up screen

I have a MSI Media Live box. (Link Removed)

it is hard to put in to works the problem, see pics.

when on any none system display (normal mode), the output is total messed up.

on any system display it is alright (safe mode, booting, ctrl-alt-del)

how can I sort this out?
