Here are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot and potentially resolve the display problem: 1. Update Graphics Drivers: - Ensure your graphics drivers are up to date. Outdated or corrupted drivers can often cause display issues. You can update your graphics drivers through the Device Manager in Windows. 2. Check Display Settings: - Verify the display settings in Windows. Make sure the resolution, refresh rate, and color depth are set correctly for your monitor or TV. 3. Check Hardware Connections: - Ensure that all cables connecting the MSI Media Live box to the display are securely connected. Try using different cables or ports if available to rule out a faulty connection. 4. Try a Different Display: - Test the MSI Media Live box on a different display to see if the issue persists. This can help determine if the problem is with the box or the display itself. 5. Check for Overheating: - Ensure that the MSI Media Live box is well-ventilated and not overheating. Overheating can cause hardware issues that might result in display problems. 6. Reset Display Settings: - You can try resetting the display settings to default. This can be done through the Control Panel or the Settings app in Windows. 7. Run Hardware Diagnostics: - Consider running hardware diagnostics to check for any hardware failures that could be causing the display problem. If these steps do not resolve the issue, it might be beneficial to seek assistance from MSI support or a professional technician for further troubleshooting and repair. Let me know if you need more specific guidance on any of these steps!
