Windows 10 microsoft ignores customer complaints!

Microsoft customer non existent!!! Contacted them several times from crappy update last year! Nothing done! Must restart my computer every time ( connected to TV) CHANGE TO A tv app computer goes to sleep, sound no longer come through my TV unless i restart my computer EVERY TIME!!!!
Are there any Canadian class action law suits to hold these genius's accountable? We should ALL be getting free computers from Microsoft by now!!!
