Microsoft Teams has announced a forthcoming feature that will allow users to adjust the size of notifications, aiming to reduce distractions and enhance productivity. This update introduces a "compact" notification size, designed to occupy less screen space and provide a minimalist design. The feature is currently in development, with a scheduled rollout beginning in July 2025, and will be available across Windows, Mac, Android, and iOS platforms.
In addition to customizable notification sizes, Microsoft Teams is implementing other user-centric enhancements. For instance, users will soon have the ability to customize the location of notifications on their screens, choosing from options such as bottom right, top right, bottom left, or top left. This feature is expected to roll out in early 2025. (petri.com)
These updates are part of Microsoft's ongoing efforts to improve the Teams experience by addressing user feedback and introducing features that promote a more efficient and less intrusive workflow.
