I think it's a good idea I'm sure the AV software people and Europeans will fight it like they did with IE. Just look at the number of people who buy a PC with installed trial AV then don't renew or replace it and get infected. When I bought this PC from HP and you could not get it without AV installed I didn't like the only 2 choices Norton or McAfee. The Norton was such a pain I got rid of it about 6 months before the subscription expired.
