Some people seem to have found help by updating Java, Download Free Java Software

Some by updating Flash, Adobe - Install Adobe Flash Player

Doesn't seem to be the easiest problem to solve. A clear indication of that is when no one responds... But, problems and solutions / suggestions in this case seem to be as wide as the Universe. It could be a "simple" driver issue too. Updating drivers can be a mess, I've personally chosen to use DriverMax, DriverMax - free driver download program for Windows XP & Vista, which I found to be a reliable assistant to such a degree that I bought the Pro version. It scans your computer and notes what updates are available. IF YOU CHOOSE TO USE IT, BE SURE TO HAVE IT CREATE RESTORATION POINTS IN WINDOWS, AND DO NOT UPDATE MORE THAN TWO OR MAX!!! THREE DRIVERS AT A TIME - PREFERABLY, IF YOU HAVE THE PATIENCE I DON'T, ONLY ONE DRIVER AT A TIME.

I'm rather uncertain about this, but iFaith seems to be connected with iPhone = Apple, and it's possible you've got an infection with it, http://processchecker.com/file/iFaith-v1.5.9.exe.html

I would suggest you uninstall it, do a registry check with e.g. CCleaner http://www.piriform.com/ccleaner, then reboot and DO NOT install anything. Check how it goes.
