Windows 7 [IE 11 Crash] APPCRASH with Fault Module Name_KERNELBASE.dll

Hi there, I have a old Acer Aspire 5515 that I just reinstall the Win 7 Ultimate x64 couple weeks ago.
OS is brand new, hardly has anything install expect all the drive and anti-virus software.

Before you spend a lot of time on diagnostics, try starting IE in safe mode and see if it crashes:
Start Menu / Run / iexplore -extoff
If it works in safe mode, the problem is likely an add-on. Disable all of the add-ons (Tools / Manage Add-ons). Then enable them one at a time to discover which one is the problem.
 
Could also be outdated flash player.

Never used IE for the past decade. I used Firefox and then I switched to Chrome.
