Windows 10 My Lenovo Thinkpad Yoga 12 keeps uninstalling its network adapter

Hi guys I have a refurbished Lenovo Thinkpad Yoga 12 and every time I turn it on I have to reset the network adapter to make it work . Even though it says it's working I can't go to any websites if anybody can help that would be much appreciated thanks in advance
