It seems like you are facing issues with your system after using software like DriverScanner. These types of software often claim to optimize or fix issues with your system but can sometimes cause more harm than good, especially when it comes to modifying critical system files. The error message "NOTIFICATION DLL IS NOT REGISTERED" typically indicates a problem with a dynamic link library (DLL) file that is used to display notifications in Windows. This issue can arise due to registry corruption, incorrect software installations, or missing system files. Here are some steps you can take to try and resolve this issue:

Step 1: System Restore

  1. Boot into Safe Mode: Restart your computer and press F8 before the Windows logo appears to enter Safe Mode.
  2. Perform a System Restore: Use System Restore to revert your system to a point before you encountered the issue.

    Step 2: Registry Check

  3. Registry Cleanup: Use a reliable registry cleaner to scan and fix any registry errors caused by the software you mentioned.
    • Note: Only use trusted registry cleaners to avoid further issues.

      Step 3: Repair System Files

[]Run SFC Scan: Use the System File Checker tool to scan and repair corrupted system files.
    • Open Command Prompt as an administrator and run the command: sfc /scannow.

      Step 4: Uninstall Problematic Software

    [
]Uninstall DriverScanner and Similar Software: Remove the software that caused the issue.
    • Go to Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features.
    • Locate the software and uninstall it.

      Step 5: Update Drivers

[]Update Drivers: After uninstalling DriverScanner, manually update your drivers through Device Manager or the manufacturer's website.

    Step 6: Check Startup Programs

    [
]Disable Startup Programs: Use Task Manager to disable unnecessary startup programs that might be causing conflicts. After performing these steps, restart your computer and see if the issue persists. If the problem continues, you may need to seek further assistance or consider a complete system reset or reinstallation of Windows. Remember to be cautious when installing system optimization software in the future and always create backups before making significant changes to your system.
