      1. Run System File Checker (sfc /scannow):
      [
    • ]Open Command Prompt with administrative privileges. []Type sfc /scannow and press Enter. []Let the scan complete and follow any on-screen instructions.
      1. Check for Windows Updates:
[]Ensure your system is up to date with the latest Windows updates.
      1. Perform a Clean Boot:
      [
]Disable all startup items and non-Microsoft services to isolate the cause of the issue.
      1. Scan for Malware:
[]Use Windows Defender or an antivirus program to scan your system for malware.
      1. Check for Driver Updates:
      [
]Update your drivers, especially graphics and chipset drivers.
      1. Reset Explorer Settings:
    • You can try resetting the Explorer settings to default. If none of these solutions work, you may need to consider a repair installation or a clean installation of Windows 7 Ultimate. Remember to back up your important data before proceeding with major changes. Let me know if you need more specific guidance or if you have tried any of these steps already.
