Hello all.
I must point out that I'm ot a windows IT pro. I'm just a home user who bought a windows server licence (server 2019 Essentials) for a movie/file server.
After probably 2 or 3 updates ago everthing was working just fine, but now when i hit the " settings" button on the left>and go to "accounts" in windows settings, it crashes.
The windows event log file shows:
Exception code: 0xc0000005
Fault offset: 0x0000000000008e59
Faulting process id: 0xc5c
Faulting application start time: 0x01da319ce6be0d89
Faulting application path: C:\Windows\ImmersiveControlPanel\SystemSettings.exe
Faulting module path: C:\Windows\System32\usercpl.dll
Report Id: a649f40f-79e3-4cfc-88ea-947339019bcc
Faulting package full name: windows.immersivecontrolpanel_10.0.2.1000_neutral_neutral_cw5n1h2txyewy
Faulting package-relative application ID: microsoft.windows.immersivecontrolpanel
I've run (as administrator in cmd.exe) sfc /scannow.
It reported: windows has found some errors and corrected it. logfile has been made in Windir\Logs\CBS\Cbs.log
But he problem hasn't gone
Anyone more idea' s ?
