Need some help with qms software

We are going to upgrade all the PC's in my office to Win 10. We use the quality management software provided by Unipoint. The software is quite good and it has been the best so far for us. The problem is it does not support win 10 yet. The latest version supports till 8.1. I haven't tried this on 10 yet. I would like to know some good quality management software's that will work on Windows 10. Looking forward for some good advice.
