Windows 7 need to reinstall windows 7 as entourage corrupt

Hello

My entourage mail is corrupt on MAC OSX 10.6.8. I am running Windows 7 but I cannot see how I can reinstall just the entourage app without reinstalling the complete windows 7 package.

I am just creating a backup of my documents on dropbox. Can someone please advise if I need to make a clean install to get back entourage OR is there a way I can just install entourage.

Also, do I need to delete my old Microsoft Office 2008 before reinstalling, is there any other way to do this other than just deleteing the folder n Applications? I have already deleted me entourage app from Applications but I'm not sure if this is enough?
