Hay their,

I'm a new member the forums but I usually browse this website when I have problems. Anyway my problem with net framework v2.

The background information is that I had Windows Vista and I dont remember when it happened but I started getting errors with virtually every net framework based program I tried. I tried trying to uninstall netframework, reinstalling it and deleting it completely without any sucess.

So recently as you know Windows 7 came out so I decided to upgrade thinking that it would solve my net framework headache but sadly the error hitch hiked with Windows 7.

Here's a screenshot which will spread some light on the situation and hopefully someone can decypher it.

Program trying to run: EasyBCD - Edits the Windows 7 BCD.

Wierd thing is the program still opens but of course it's missing information and doesn't work as it should. This is the error after I try to exit the program.

Any advice / help will be greatly appreciated.
