Windows 8 NETIO.sys RANDOM CRASHES

I have been fightin for days but cant find a solution....

I've looked online and like you say there is firmware updates for the router. It would seem however that to access these you'll need to go through your isp for either a disk or a download to start the process. If you got a manual with it, check and see what it say's regarding firmware updates. Which is your provider?

i am from india bt this modem is from saudia..
so i don't think they can provide me...
in a day or 2..
i will install 64...
