My Network Adapters has suddenly disappeared after a Critical update by Windows update, now my network is X'ed out. I already did reformat and still nothing and in the past all I do is to System restore but after a while it had errors and I was forced to reformat but after that there's still no connection.

Sorry for the late reply. It's a desktop running in 32bit I'm using a Biostar MCP6P-m2 Motherboard.

I think the wireless adapter will be a separate device from the motherboard rather than onboard. If so, try unplugging the device, rebooting the system without the board removed, switching off, plugging the board back in making sure it is properly seated and switching back on. See if the system detects the adapter.
