Windows 8 Network drivers not loading

Hi so I put my motherboard into a new case and since then the built-in Realtek ethernet drivers will not load. So I thought maybe it went bad and bought an Asus USB wifi adapter., It will install but again the drivers will not load so I can't use it. I have tried just about everything I could think of to get it to work and it's not working. Kind of stuck on what to do. Even the built-in ethernet says the drivers are there and when trying to update (offline of course) it says the best driver is already there. Same thing for the USB wifi. Already tried the uninstall and reinstall on both of them. Tried to remove the upper and lower filters in the registry but there were not there. What's next? Helllpppppp

be very clear about which OS you have on this mother board
Windows 10
Windows 8.1
or Windows 8

that + the actual model of motherboard are the two clues we need

Sorry about that, but its Windows 8.1 and the motherboard is MSI P45 NEO3

they don't load because that board is not designed to take an OS above Vistra i.e, XP 7 or Vista are the only drivers made so your card has both, outdated drivers + the lastest around

personally I'd install Windows 7 or even Linux
