Windows 10 Network slow with New computer

Ever since a new computer connected to my network (225.0.0.1), I get random ping spikes on my internet.

My computer works fine on my iOS hotspot. I don’t want to open the other computer, since it isn’t mine.

I suspect that it’s due to my computer trying to interact with the other computer. Is there a way to fix or disable this?

225.x.x.x is a reserved address block and is not part of LAN networks. Home networks will always start with
192.168.x.x
172.18-31.x.x
10.x.x.x
