Only 70 updates since SP1 - most systems have 130 to 140. Please visit Windows Update and get ALL available updates.

Daemon Tools (and Alcohol % software) are known to cause BSOD's on some Win7 systems (mostly due to the sptd.sys driver, although I have seen dtsoftbus01.sys blamed on several occasions).
Please un-install the program, then use the following free tool to ensure that the troublesome sptd.sys driver is removed from your system (pick the 32 or 64 bit system depending on your system's configuration): [DEL] DuplexSecure - FAQ [/DEL] Link broken as of 21 Jul 2012
New link (15 Aug 2012): DuplexSecure - Downloads (pick the appropriate version for your system and select "Un-install" when you run it).
Alternate link: Disc-Tools.com
Manual procedure here: Registry and SPTD problems | DAEMON Pro Help

The AsrAppCharger may also cause BSOD's on Win7 systems. Please un-install it to test it.

If these things don't stop the BSOD's, please try these free diagnostics: Hardware Diagnostics

Ok Daemon Tools ive removed ages ago so idk what your on about there. Did everything you said. Just recently ive installed the app charger, after all the BSODs happen as it was included in the motherboard driver instalation disc ( my attempt of fixing the problem).

Ran a memtest a while back, Passed at 100% with 49000 or what not errors ? . Confusing for someone like me who knows nothing.

So yeah......... don't think its fixed...

Errors with MemTest indicate that there's a problem with your RAM. You can isolate it further by starting at step 6b here: Memory Diagnostics

You must fix the RAM errors first.

Reformmated computer, ive checked my ram by pulling it out and then pushing them back into another slot until i hear the click sound. still getting bsods.

heres a new dxdiag and system information.

Have you re-run MemTest86+ after reseating the RAM? If not, please do so now.
We cannot fix BSOD's caused by bad RAM - the RAM must be removed/replaced.

Please update these older drivers. Links are included to assist in looking up the source of the drivers. If unable to find an update, please remove (un-install) the program responsible for that driver. DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable! :

Remove XFastUSB and XFastLAN
Remove ASRock App Charger (reinstall if needed after the BSOD's stop).
