Windows 7 New Sata Drive

I just bought a new SATA drive... I alread have two, a 500g and a 1TB... I installed in into my tower but windows will not let me access it... When i goto the devise manager, It sees the drive and says the driver is up to date and working properly. Even my bios says its there but when I goto my computer, its not there... any thoughts

Have you formatted the drive?

Is it assigned a drive letter in Disk Managemnet?
