Windows 10 new update has messed me up.. please advise.. mail will open; window shop gone..

mail will not open; windows shop is gone; and powershell gives this messages..

You can try the following

• Create a second admin account and log into it
• Navigate to C:\Users\<username>\appdata\local\microsoft\Windows and rename the UsrClass.dat file to UsrClass.dat.old (this file is normally hidden
• Reboot
• Login with the affected user and test
